Client Charter
FK International places emphasis on building and maintaining lasting relationships with our clients through the provision of a quality service. We recognise that excellent client service is critical to our continued success.
With this in mind, we have laid out our client charter as follows:
- As a client of FK International, we will proactively promote and represent you in a positive, professional manner.
- In order to be credible when speaking with candidates on your behalf, we will take time to gain a thorough understanding of your business, culture and recruitment requirements.
- We will meet and screen all candidates; in exceptional circumstances where this may not be possible, we will highlight this to you and conduct a thorough telephone interview.
- We will not submit CV’s without a candidate’s prior permission.
- We will remain in contact throughout the recruitment process to advise on progress. On an ongoing basis we will be available at all times to provide support and discuss current market climates.
- FK International is fully compliant with all ethical and professional standards and all our consultants work in line with best practice.
