- In order to be credible when speaking with candidates on your behalf, we will take time to gain a thorough understanding of your business, culture and recruitment requirements.
- We will meet and screen all candidates; in exceptional circumstances where this may not be possible, we will highlight this to you and conduct a thorough telephone interview.
- We will not submit CV's without a candidate's prior permission.
- We will remain in contact throughout the recruitment process to advise on progress. On an ongoing basis we will be available at all times to provide support and discuss current market climates.
