Brief Job Description
Role represents an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Accountant to join a dynamic and well established Group. Managing a small team the role will include:
- Developing a broad understanding of the areas of financial, operational, compliance and market risk affecting the Group
- Examining and evaluating the adequacy and effectiveness of systems of risk management and internal control.
- Detailed risk reviews of various functions within the group
- Special investigations due to the nature of the business and the economic climate
- Reviewing the field work of internal audit assignments completed by more junior members of the team
Requirements for this Role
Ideal candidate will be a Qualified Accountant with minimum three years' relevant PQE. Candidate would ideally have a Big 4 training background and will have excellent interpersonal and project management skills. Candidate should have a very strong commercial and financial acumen and the ability to combine technical expertise with a clear, persuasive and inclusive communication style.
