Prior to joining FK International in 2004, John spent ten years in the US, eight as Financial Controller for a consulting Group, and two years with a boutique San Francisco-based search firm. John is a Graduate of University College Dublin with an MBS and B.Comm.

Ger manages recruitment at senior levels across Corporate Finance & Investment, Treasury, Banking, Compliance and Risk for a range of clients from boutique investment firms to large international financial services businesses. Ger has extensive recruitment experience, managing key assignments for multiple clients recruiting for Financial Services professionals.

Prior to joining FK International, Ger spent ten years’ in corporate banking and capital markets front line roles, most recently with Wells Fargo’s Corporate & Investment Banking business in Europe. Ger is a graduate of University College Dublin with a BSc (1st Hons).

Colm specialises in recruitment across Asset Management, Investments, Corporate Finance, Funds and Operations for a range of clients from boutique investment firms to large international financial services businesses.  Colm has extensive financial services experience, as well as previous experience in SaaS and start-up environments.

Prior to joining FK International, Daniel spent 6 years working in the corporate banking sector, mainly working with foreign direct investment (FDI) companies arriving in Ireland. Daniel is a graduate of University College Dublin where he completed his BSc in Computer Science.

Marcus founded FK International in 1998. His vision was to create a specialist financial recruitment consultancy, capable of adapting to requirements of a continually evolving market. Marcus established and has managed the Executive Search function FKI Executive since its inception in 2004.

In July 2022 Marcus sold the business to the Management Team as part of a MBO.  Marcus is currently acting as an External Consultant to the business.

Marcus delivers trusted advice and executive search solutions to senior executives and board directors across our client base which includes multinationals, emerging high growth companies banks and financial services companies, private equity and professional services firms.

Marcus is recognised as among the best-connected and most knowledgeable specialists in the financial search industry in Ireland. He has leveraged his unrivalled network to place senior executives into key financial roles. Marcus also works as an advisor to CEO’s and many other business leaders.

Prior to executive recruiting, Marcus worked with Big 4 accountancy firm Arthur Andersen.

Marcus received a Master of Business Studies (MBS) and a Bachelor of Commerce from University College Dublin. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant and a member of the Chartered Accountants Ireland.
