Job Description
Outstanding opportunity for an ambitious finance executive to join the finance team of a fast-growing technology business with a global client portfolio as it embarks on an aggressive international market expansion strategy. Role will involve:
- Acting as a key support to a high-profile CFO with an exemplary track record growing technology companies
- Supporting strategic financial decision-making to accelerate expansion of business operations
- Broad FP&A work including financial modelling, forecasting, supporting CFO with future IPO preparation and ongoing management of there after, supporting with new client contract negotiations
- Due diligence and IR presentations
- Further developing relationships with third parties, including banks, advisors, investors and local Big 4 auditors
- Ad-hoc project work will be broad, varied and ongoing as company expands
Requirements for this Role
Ideal candidate will have the following background:
- A first-rate, Big 4 trained Accountant with minimum 2-3 years’ PQE
- Strong excel and financial modelling skills, Big 4 TS experience highly beneficial
- High-energy levels and the ability to thrive fast-growing tech business
- Excellent academic track record
- Commercial savvy with strong interpersonal and communication skills
