Job Description

Join a leading Wealth Management firm in Dublin and work closely with the Financial Planners/Investment Managers to provide clients with an excellent level of service. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Building relationships with clients, preparing portfolio valuations and supporting across other ad hoc client requests.
  • Assisting investment managers in the preparation of new business pitches and presentations.
  • Onboarding new clients and managing the KYC/AML documentation as required.

Requirements for this Role

Successful candidate will likely have the following background:

  • 1-3 years’ experience in an administration role. Experience within a wealth management/investment environment would be advantageous.
  • APA/QFA qualified or currently pursuing.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, a keen attention to detail and a well-developed knowledge of administration processes.
