Job Description

Working in-house in Insurance & Claims a Company Secretary is needed to oversee everything Corporate Governance related.

Responsibilities

  • Scheduling board meeting and drafting minutes.
  • Preparing documentation for the holding of general meetings.
  • Preparing and filing CRO and Central Bank forms.
  • Maintain company registers and compliance calendars.
  • Assist Company Directors and clients with ad hoc requests.

Requirements for this Role

5+ years Company Secretarial experience
