Job Description
Successful candidate will work as part of a small Group reporting team within a diversified MNC with Group HQ in Dublin. Responsibilities will include:
- Preparation of periodic internal and external financial reporting
- Preparation of monthly consolidation monthly accounts
- Monthly variance analysis, analysing variances versus budget, forecast and prior year, giving clear insight into the drivers of variances
- Assisting with the preparation of forecast balance sheet and forecast cash flows
- Preparation of the statutory financial statements prepared under IFRS
- Systems improvement projects
- Managing the Quarterly, Half Year and Year end audit and collating progress/status updates on internal audit recommendations
- Driving continued improvements in internal and external financial reporting, general financial analysis, internal processes, procedures and controls
- Assisting with a broad range of ad hoc projects

Requirements for this Role
Successful candidate will have the following attributes:
- Qualified Chartered Accountant, min two to three years’ PQE.
- Big 4/ Top 10 training background currently at minimum Manager level in practice, with large plc audit clients, or equivalent level in industry.
- Strong technical accounting skills, and IFRS knowledge
- Excellent attention to detail & organisation skills
