/Investment Management
Our client, a well capitalised equity investor is seeking to hire a first rate investment banking/private equity/corporate finance professional to join the business in Ireland. This represents an excellent opportunity to join the team. With significant investee company exposure across sectors, and ownership of transactions, your responsibilities will include:
- Financial analysis, modelling and assessment of investment opportunities.
- Preparation of and presentation to investment committee of deal analyses
- Transaction management and monitoring
- Representation of the business with key stakeholders including investee companies, advisors and introducers
Requirements for this Role
You will be a qualified accountant (4-5 years PQE) or CFA qualified with excellent academics and ideally have an investment or advisory background. Deal experience is essential. In addition, you will demonstrate the following:
- Strong interest in investment and in reviewing businesses and various sectors
- Excellent technical skills (modelling & analysis)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
