Job Description
Our client, a strategic wholesale lender, has an excellent opportunity for a credit professional to join a small and dynamic team focused on providing loan products to support economic development in Ireland. Responsibilities include:
- Conducting analysis and due diligence on new business plans/lending opportunities.
- Preparing credit underwriting assessments for presentations to the Senior Management Team, Credit Committee and the Board.
- Support the on-going management of relationships, providing best-in-class customer engagement and ensuring compliance requirements are met.
- Participating in cross function projects as required.
Requirements for this Role
The ideal candidate will have c. 3 years’ experience in a financial institution with a deep understanding of credit underwriting processes, an ability to model/interpret financial data and effective communication skills. A third level qualification with credit or banking experience would be an advantage.
