Job Description
A leading Irish law firm is expanding its tax team and would like to hire a Senior Associate. The role will offer broad ranging experience and include advising clients across all business transactions including mergers and acquisitions, IPOs, corporate re-structuring, private equity investments, foreign direct investment, cross border tax planning, financial services tax including asset financing, securitisations, funds and banking, real estate tax, VAT and tax disputes.
Requirements for this Role
- Candidates should be CTA qualified with a strong academic record and a training background with a major law firm or Big 4 Accountancy practice.
- Strong experience of working on tax technical matters across tax planning and structuring.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
